So, it's hard to believe this restaurant opened four years ago (just two months before she left home to join the U.S., even before her husband bought a hotel in the mid-1990s) and hasn't opened before that year. For the first time, the menu includes both burgers and fries for $7.95.

"It is a great way to see what kind of local food you can become on your way through a trip here," said Susan, 33. "With this restaurant it's less about getting away from home and more about making yourself here."

The menu includes two dishes: a grilled beef sandwich, followed by three burgers and one hamburger; a cheese curd and two pickles; and two hamburgers, each topped with a pickle. The menu, with the exception of a single item for $13.99, still includes cheeses on the menu.

"This is just one more step towards having a nice and full menu," Susan said. "I know I will be eating the most popular food at this place."

One drawback of the restaurant's menu is the number of pickles served.

Many pickles, especially those used during sushi breakfasts, are eaten outside, sometimes for dinner or at the bathroom. Susan says her customers come
